There will be an expectation of four one-hour online mentoring conversations across a year which will take place over Microsoft Teams. You can set this schedule with your mentee/mentor and be flexible with dates and times. There will be some guidance from school staff to suggest when these should take place. Before getting started mentors and mentees will both take part in information and training sessions to prepare for mentoring.

You can find out more through the other pages of this site. If you are a student we suggest reflecting in advance on what you would like to get out of mentoring and your goals for the future. If you are a mentor we recommend considering what support and expertise you can offer and how to share information about your career and education pathway.

For safeguarding reasons all mentoring meetings will be recorded. Recordings will be held for a set period of time, with transcripts held for longer. These can be accessed by Aspire Coordinators in order to ensure all mentoring conversations are safe and appropriate.
