Meet the Team

Habs Aspire is a collaborative project between The Haberdashers' Company and the Haberdasher family of schools. The Company's Head of Schools' Projects works closely with Aspire Coordinators from each school group. Aspire Coordinators oversee student engagement, onboarding and support to participate in Habs Aspire, as well as local community mentor recruitment. The Head of Schools' Projects focuses on central mentor recruitment and project infrastructure.


Naomi Barker

Naomi is Head of Schools' Projects at Haberdashers' Hall where she works on the wider Haberdashers' Advantage programme, including Habs Aspire. She has a background as a teacher and in education charities, leading mentoring programmes and careers workshops for children and young people.

She also holds an MA in Sociology in which she particularly focused on social research for social change and sociology of education, driven by a passion for combatting education inequality and supporting all young people to thrive.

Camille Evans

Camille joined the Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South central team in September 2024, bringing experience from her previous role at Tower Hamlets Council. With over 15 years as a Career Guidance Professional in education and more than 20 years working with young people, she possesses a deep commitment to young people’s growth and potential. Her diverse background also includes work with youth-focused programmes including Camp America.

Camille holds a Postgraduate Qualification in Careers Guidance, as well as degrees in Digital Photography and Psychology, both areas of interest for her. A lifelong resident of South East London, she also volunteers on a local Community Advisory Board.

Catherine Hamilton

Catherine is an experienced sociology teacher who has worked in a diverse range of school environments across all key stages, in both pastoral and academic leadership roles. She has been a part of Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South team since June 2023 where she joined as Head of Year 12 and Social Action Champion at Hatcham College, before transitioning to the Central Trust team in December 2024 to take on the ASPIRE co-ordinator role setting up the Habs Aspire initiative across the four secondary schools in our Trust.

Catherine holds a PGCE in Secondary Social Sciences as well as a degree in Sociology and has a keen interest in social justice issues and raising aspirations. Having completed her National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership, she brings her sixth-form specialist teaching and leadership experience to the role and is committed to ensuring that the young people across our Trust have access to quality mentoring that inspires and supports their growth.

Jessica France

Jessica is a primary-trained teacher who has worked across a wide range of school settings. With experience in youth work and service development, she also played a key role in the creation of a befriending service with the NSPCC – reflecting her commitment to the wellbeing of young people.

Jessica joined the Haberdashers’ West Midlands Academy Trust in August 2025 to take on the Aspire co-ordinator role setting up the Habs Aspire programme across Haberdashers’ Abraham Darby and Haberdashers’ Adams. Her focus is on ensuring that young people across the Trust have access to the support, mentorship and opportunities they need to thrive – both inside and outside the classroom.

Victoria Boynton

Victoria joined Haberdashers’ Monmouth School in August 2025 as Head of Futures. The role encompasses the Aspire co-ordination at the school, leading careers and employability skills development. Victoria has previously worked in secondary school senior leadership and as a people professional in the charity sector and further education. She is committed to preparing young people to thrive in a rapidly changing working world.

Victoria holds a PCGE in Secondary Geography, an MSc in Environmental Management and a BSc in Geology. Her focus is on ensuring that young people become the best versions of themselves and are equipped with the right knowledge and support to make informed choices.
